You can also easily access your insurance certificates directly in the application.

If you have health insurance, you can check your reimbursements, download your co-payment card, estimate your reimbursements, complete procedures, submit documents, benefit from teleconsultations, and locate a healthcare professional.

• Report an incident: provide details about the circumstances of your incident and attach up to 3 photos to support your claim. Once the report is submitted, the PACIFICA services will contact you.
• Manage your ongoing claim: to simplify and expedite the processing of your case, you can instantly send the requested supporting documents to your claims handler.
• Handle a "Damaged Windshield": if you have opted for the "Damaged Windshield" option, easily find a nearby automotive glass specialist using the geolocated directory.
• Edit your certificates: conveniently view, download, or email the most useful insurance certificates.
• Access emergency services or directly contact a claims handler. The application also includes a service that allows deaf or hearing-impaired clients to contact an assistant.
• View the details of your auto, life accident, and health insurance policies.

For health insurance policyholders:

• View, download, or email your co-payment card.
• Track your health reimbursements with a history of the past 24 months.
• Estimate reimbursements for common medical expenses including optical, dental, hospital, and hearing aid expenses.
• Contact a healthcare professional through teleconsultations.
• Locate a healthcare professional from the Carte Blanche Partenaires network or a doctor.
• Access articles from Santé Magazine.
• Benefit from coaching services through wellness and health programs.
• Submit an invoice, receive a quote, or request hospital coverage.

These features are accessible to Pacifica clients who have a banking account with Crédit Agricole or Banque Chalus. We are actively seeking solutions to allow all our clients, including those who no longer have an account or do not have an account, to access these features.
